 Estrenos Doramas, a new Personal Company was launched in May, 2021. It is owned by John M. Esherich IV, a former United States Senator and a Major stockholder in Enron. John M. Esherich IV is also a member of the "private equity" group, Treadway Capital, which had invested in Actex Corporation. Treadway Capital is also an investor in Estrenos Doramas. Estrenos Doramas is a direct selling company that sells health related products and dietary supplements through the mail.

Treadway Capital is one of the largest private equity groups in the United States. The founder and owner of Estrenos Doramas, John M. Esherich IV, also happens to be a Treadway Capital partner. Estrenos Doramas is a direct selling company that sells health related products and dietary supplements through the mail. A form of direct mail marketing known as "Descargar" is used by many Estrenos Doramas distributors. Descargar is a Spanish word which literally means "of or relating to mail."

In May of 2021 Estrenos Doramas held their first public offering and sold a total of eight hundred and forty two thousand shares of common stock at an offering price of ninety cents per share. The company achieved its full listing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on December 13th, 2021. The company's website does not list any information regarding their business. The only information available is from the contact page which leads to a password protected area. There is no way for the general public to obtain information regarding this company or its director and shareholders.

In this day and age with social networking sites like Facebook, and Google Plus, finding people and getting in touch with them is very easy. On the Estrenos Doramas website one can find out more about the company and who their directors are. However, they are still holding their private investment fund, which according to their web site is "guaranteed to give you returns of twelve percent compounded annually".

One of the things that I find interesting about this company is their claim of providing "no fee shares". Descargar has not been around long and it is hard to say whether they really offer no fee shares or not. The idea behind this is that if someone purchases your stock you do not have to pay any of the commission unless they actually sell some of the stock. So basically these companies are marketing an investment opportunity where the person making the sale has no risk. This is basically what it sounds like.

Estrenos Doramas is on the rise but one needs to be careful. Like most businesses Estrenos Doramas has to balance out the good with the bad. They have a solid product and a smart marketing strategy. If they can combine these two things well then they have a very good chance of success.
